About Zombotron 1
Zombotron 1 is the inaugural entry in the popular series developed by indie creator Anton Karlov. The game is set on the desolate, zombie-infested alien planet Zombotron, where humanity’s remnants have been overrun by undead hordes and malfunctioning robots after a catastrophic outbreak. You play as a nameless survivor (later canonized as Blaze Rush in sequels), who crash-lands on the planet and must navigate treacherous underground mines and surface ruins to escape.
How to play
Zombotron 1 is a 2D side-scrolling shooter with RPG elements. Your goal is to progress through each level by reaching the exit door, while scavenging for loot, solving simple environmental puzzles, and mowing down waves of enemies.
- Movement: Use W.A.S.D or arrow keys.
- Aiming & Shooting: Mouse to aim your weapon in any direction. Left click to fire.
- Reload: Press R
- Interact: Press E to open doors, activate switches, pick up items, or use environmental tools like explosives.
