About Uno
UNO is a popular card game developed by Mattel, enjoyed by millions worldwide. It’s a fast-paced shedding game where players aim to discard all their cards by matching them to the top card on the discard pile based on color, number, or symbol. The game supports 2-10 players, typically ages 7 and up, and combines strategy, luck, and quick thinking. While originally a physical card game, UNO has digital versions, including an official mobile app for online play against friends or random opponents.
How to play
You must play a card that matches the top card of the deck, based on:
- Color (red, green, blue, yellow).
- Number or symbol (if it is a functional card).
- For example: If the top card is a “red 5”, you can play any red card or a 5 of any color.
- Wild Card: If you play a Color Change or Color Change draw 4, you get to choose the next color.
- If you don’t have a matching card to play, you must draw a card from the draw pile. If the card you just drew matches, you can play it immediately, otherwise you lose your turn.
