Fry Station
- Drag the chicken wing tub to a fryer and add the exact number of wings specified (they take up two order spaces due to quantity).
- Drop them into the fryer oil and flip them once when the timer hits the “Flip” zone (usually after 20–30 seconds) to ensure even cooking.
- Remove them promptly when done to avoid burning—timing is key for quality. Use upgrades like faster fryers to handle multiple orders.
Sauce Station
- Select the ordered sauce (e.g., buffalo, honey mustard, or calypso) and amount (light, regular, heavy).
