Gacha Life 3 is the latest installment in Lunime’s popular Gacha series, continuing to deliver an anime-style character creation and story-building experience.. Unlike its predecessors, which focus heavily on character customization and mini-games, Gacha Life 3 shifts toward a more creative, asset-drawing experience where players can design in-game elements and build narratives around them. It allows importing characters from Gacha Life 2, emphasizing storytelling and visual novel-like features.
How to play Gacha Life 3
Create and customize characters
Customize up to 8 main characters (plus 12 extra slots) with hundreds of options: hairstyles, outfits, accessories, weapons, skin tones, colors, and more.
- Poses: Adjust your character’s poses and actions.
- Hair: Choose hairstyles and hair colors from hundreds of options.
- Face: Customize eyes, mouth, glasses, and facial expressions.
- Cloth & Trousers: Mix-and-match shirts, pants, skirts, etc.
- Toys: Handheld weapons
Studio Mode
- Once characters are ready, enter the Studio to create scenes.
- Drag and drop characters into backgrounds (towns, schools, custom environments).
- Pose them, add dialogue bubbles with your written text, and animate interactions. Support for 10+ characters per scene allows for complex series or videos.
- Use the new in-game drawing tools to create custom assets like backgrounds or props, setting it apart from earlier titles.
