About Riddle School 5
Riddle School 5 is the fifth installment in the Riddle School series, a point-and-click puzzle adventure game created by Jonochrome (formerly JonBro). The story follows protagonist Phil Eggtree, who wakes up in a mysterious white room aboard an alien spaceship after the events of the previous game turn out to be a dream. He discovers his friends: Phred Whistler, Smiley Sundae and Zack Kelvin are trapped in force fields in deep sleep.
The plot involves navigating the spaceship, solving puzzles to rescue his friends by entering their dreams and “killing” them there to wake them up, and ultimately escaping while thwarting an alien plot to freeze Earth using Zack’s unique freezing abilities.
How to play
Riddle School 5 is a classic point-and-click adventure game. Use your mouse to interact with the environment: click on objects to examine them, collect items, or use them. Items you pick up go into your inventory at the bottom of the screen, where you can select and combine them or use them on other objects. Navigation is done by clicking arrows or doors to move between rooms or areas. The goal is to solve puzzles by gathering clues, combining items creatively, and progressing through the story.
Puzzles range from simple item collection to more complex ones like code entry, tile patterns, and logic-based challenges. There’s no time limit, and you can retry puzzles if needed. The game includes cutscenes that advance the plot automatically.
