About Earn to Die 2
Earn to Die 2 is the second installment in the popular Earn to Die series, a thrilling side-scrolling driving game developed by Toffee Games. This game immerses players in a zombie apocalypse where survival means smashing through endless hordes of the undead. Your goal? Drive as far as possible across ruined highways and deserts to an evacuation zone, earning cash from zombie kills and distance traveled to unlock and upgrade increasingly powerful rides.
How to play
Controls
- Acceleration: Use the up arrow key or the W key. Hold it to maintain speed.
- Balance: Use the left and right arrow keys or the A/D key to maintain balance, avoiding tipping the car over when going over rough terrain.
- Boost: Press the Space key or the X key to activate the accelerator (if the car has been upgraded).
Money and Upgrades
Each run earns you money based on the distance traveled and the number of zombies killed. Use the money to upgrade your car or buy a new one in the garage. Upgrades include:
- Engine: Increases speed and acceleration.
- Gearbox: Improves traction and top speed.
- Wheels: Increases off-road ability.
- Gun: Automatically shoots zombies
- Boost: Increases instant acceleration, helping you overcome obstacles.
- Zombie Kit: Reduces damage when colliding with zombies or obstacles.
Fuel: Increases fuel capacity, allowing you to go further.
Vehicles
- The game offers more than 10 types of vehicles, from cars, fire trucks, trucks to ice cream trucks.
- Vehicles must be unlocked by reaching certain levels and using coins to buy them.
