About Doodle Baseball
Doodle Baseball is a fun, browser-based game originally launched by Google as a Google Doodle in 2019 to celebrate U.S. Independence Day and the Major League Baseball season. It’s a lighthearted, addictive baseball simulator with a unique twist: players control a team of American food-themed characters, like hot dogs, popcorn, and watermelons, facing off against peanut pitchers.
How to play Doodle Baseball
Controls
- PC: Left click or Space key to swing the ball.
- Mobile: Touch the screen to hit the ball.
Rules of the game
- Objective: You play as a baseball player, the task is to hit the ball thrown by the opponent and score as many points as possible. The pitches are quite diverse. Each new pitch has a different trajectory and speed, and the color is also different.
- Score:
- Single: Hit the ball and run to the first base (1 point).
- Double: Hit the ball further, run to the second base (2 points).
- Triple: Hit the ball very far, run to the third base (3 points).
- Home Run: Hit the ball out of the field, score the maximum score (4 points).
- End of the game: You have 3 chances (strikes). If you miss the ball 3 times, the game will end
