Pixel Art: Color Rooms is a relaxing mobile and web-based decoration game that combines color-by-number mechanics with interior design elements. In this game, players transform empty rooms into beautifully decorated spaces using pixel art. You color individual furniture pieces and decor items by matching numbers to colors, gradually furnishing rooms like living rooms, cafes, or hotel suites. It’s designed for all ages, offering a meditative and creative experience that merges traditional coloring with retro pixel graphics.
How to play
- Select a Room or Level: Start by choosing an available room theme, such as a cozy living room or a stylish cafe. New rooms unlock as you complete previous ones by fully coloring all furniture in them.
- Choose Furniture and Decor: Pick items to color from the available options. Each item is a pixel art template with numbered sections.
- Color by Numbers: Look at the color palette at the bottom of the screen. Select a color (corresponding to a number), then tap or click on the matching numbered pixels in the item. You can fill single pixels or drag/swipe to color multiple connected pixels of the same number at once. Zoom in using pinch gestures (on mobile) or the mouse wheel (on PC) for detailed areas.
- Use Boosters and Tools: If stuck, use the lightbulb hint to highlight unfinished areas. Activate boosters like the bomb for multi-color fills or the paint bucket for instant completion of all pixels with the same number. These can be earned or purchased with coins.
